What should I bring?
Your mat, a water bottle, and layers you can move in. No mat? Book the Mat Rental option and we'll have one set up for you.
I'm new to Pilates. Is this for me?
Absolutely. We provide modifications and progressions, so first-timers and regulars both leave feeling challenged and accomplished.
Where do we meet?
Apollo Park in MidCity. Park anywhere in MidCity, walk over to the park and look for the Key Team!
What if it rains?
If weather calls it, we'll email you by 7:00A and refund you in full.
What's the refund policy?
All sales are final, unless we cancel class. In that case, you'll receive a full refund.
